I grew up with James, but I liked him most in Shawshank. When he was younger, that mouth full of teeth could make him look a little threatening; but as Brooks, you just couldn’t imagine a sweet old guy like that in Shawshank. But I’m sure he’s going to like it where he’s going next. 😉
love that movie, and i loved james whitmore. 🙁 he was an excellent actor, with one of those most wonderful faces.
